It is our hope that you would be completely satisfied with your Hujoin purchase every time, but we are appreciated if you could contact us once you’ve experienced any issues with the shopping. We will strive to sort your problem out as best as we could and as efficiently as possible. We have simplified our return policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps:
1. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. And describe the problem and the reason for the return. We will deal with your issue within 1 working day.
Tips: For orders we have done label change services, if you need to cancel or return the orders for no quality problems,we will have to deduct 30% from total order value for the time and human cost.
2. Returns conditions:
a. The returned item must be in there original condition, meaning no tears, no wears, no odors and all original tags must still be attached.
b. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#, Customer Service will give you when you process a return)
c. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of initial receipt of your order.
Should we find that an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. Return for exchange: The exchange will be processed once we receive the return receipt when you ship the item.
4. Return for refund:
a. Refunds will only be issued upon our receiving the returned order.
b. Refunds will be processed for the cost of the item only. (Postage is only refunded for quality issues)
